Draugr Balled
Biography
Draugr Balled is a genre-defying music artist whose work fuses elements of dark ambient, industrial percussion, and ethereal vocal processing. Their career highlights include the critically acclaimed 2022 album *Spectres of Static*, which earned a nomination for Best Experimental Release at the Independent Music Awards, and a sold-out headline performance at the Berghain Panorama Bar. Influenced by the atmospheric soundscapes of Coil and the rhythmic precision of Nine Inch Nails, Draugr Balled crafts immersive sonic narratives that explore themes of memory, entropy, and digital isolation. Their output consistently challenges conventional song structures, favoring evolving textures and layered production over traditional verse-chorus formats.
